The Red Hat Society is the largest international social organisation for women, actively promoting and supporting fun, friendship, freedom and fulfillment for its members. Last weekend the local Bendigo Red Hat Society Chapter - the Golden Gadabouts, celebrated their Christmas break-up.
I had the privilege of creating the invitations for the event, the colour theme of course using the Red Hat Society's signature colours of red and purple.
The gate-fold card allowed for the inclusion of a myriad of information that needed to accompany the invitations, including a detailed menu of what dish each member was contributing, a map and some activities that would be available to participants on the day.
Each invitation also included a 'Red Hat' bookmark as an early Christmas gift to each attendee (on the left of the picture below):
The right side of the above image shows the glittery detail of the front of the cards.
This was a really fun project to work on and a truly fantastic group of people to work with! It was lovely to meet you all, Merry Christmas ladies.
