Above the Clouds, The Crafty Carrot Co Blog Hop

Hello!  Welcome to another blog hop for the Crafty Carrot Co.  We are a team of Artisan award winners who are passionate about connecting through our love of cardmaking.  We teach live video-based design classes for crafters of all levels, whether you're a beginner or have been crafting for years!

We choose just one product focus for all our classes in our exclusive monthly facebook groups.  Throughout July, this focus is the brand new Above the Clouds stamp set.

Our blog hop today is an excuse for us to get a little 'warm up' play with the stamp set.

Recently I've been thinking a lot about how important self-care is. Cold winter air outdoors and heated rooms indoors can strip your skin of much-needed moisture. Viruses are more common at this time too, leaving us feeling off colour. It seemed like the perfect time to focus on a little self-care project. So in my at-home class earlier this month I shared some spa inspired gifts. An invigorating sugar scrub and some relaxing bath salts, perfect for nourishing our skin and enticing us to take a bit of extra time for ourselves this winter.  I couldn't resist adding gift tags featuring this fun, new stamp set!

And I enjoyed making a matching card.  This design was inspired by one of the beautiful new Annual catalogue samples.
