This weekend I'm off to my very first Stampin' Up! convention and I am so excited. This is one of two designs I put together for swaps at the event. I was feeling a little lost as to what to create to share with so many experienced and talented fellow cardmakers. In my experience, so many crafters find putting together cute boy cards a bit of a challenge. I had this fun idea for the ‘No Bones About It’ stamp set and thought it would be nice to share it at today's event.
I made just 12 of these designs. There was a lot of work that went into each one. I stamped each of the four images with Versamark on white card and heat embossed them with black powder. Then I sponged on the colours, heavier around the edges and lighter in the centre to highlight each panel.
Once these were complete I felt worried that 12 swaps to bring along to the event wouldn't be enough. So I decided to create another design to share too. I look forward to sharing this here on the blog with you tomorrow - stay tuned :)
Hi Jennifer! I was so happy to meet you at Onstage Melbourne in person. My upline received one of your beautiful swaps! And Congratulations ♡ D x
