Wonderfully Worn Card Kit Challenge
September 9, 2014
We celebrated Father's Day here in Australia this past weekend. It therefore seemed appropriate to full out some papers that would work well in masculine designs for our last challenge. These great papers are from the retired Wonderfully Worn designer series pack.
I feel like I've cheated a bit with my sample. I've built my design around the striped patterned paper from the kit for this masculine thank you card, but couldn't comfortably include any of the other elements of the kit in the design.
This circle 'thanks' sentiment from the A Happy Hooray set and imagery is from the Geometrical and Gorgeous Grunge sets. I've swapped my button over for a smaller wooden button to fit a little better in the mix of elements I've featured.
The card base is a retired colour, River Rock. It worked in well with the tones in the paper.
I've just loaded all the competition entries into an album on my facebook page. Please pop over and let me know which design is your favourite with a "vote"! Voting closes Sunday September 14, 8pm (Australian Eastern Standard time).

Hello Jennifer - I tried to post a comment yesterday but for some reason it didn't work. Hopefully it will today... I really like this masculine graphic style card. Nice job with your selected supplies. TFS... Barb
