The first cupcake challenge designs I made were decidedly female with their pearl decorations and cherry on top.  So this time around I've used more unisex colours and kept the decoration to a minimum with just a glitter flamed candle so as to make these suitable for men.

Here you will see the cupcake bases have been punched from striped Designer Series Papers(DSP) to get the lined effect.  The sentiment 'wish big' comes from the Short and Sweet Stamp Set.
The 'quilted' style backgrounds of these cards was fun to make and proved to be a fantastic way to use all those little scraps of DSP leftover from other projects.

Cupcake Challenge #3

We were pleased to celebrate the second birthday of a gorgeous little girl on Friday.  I created this card especially with her in mind.  I used strips of Kaleidoscope Designer Series Papers (now retired) to incorporate a beautiful mix of oranges, greens, yellows, blues and pinks.
