Sometimes all you need is part of a punch to create the basis for a design. In this instance I've used the wing and the branch from the Bird Builder Punch to create this pretty yellow tulip. The Tiny Tags Stamp Set had a pretty little floral design with what looked like a tulip featured so I have embossed this in white on matching Early Espresso Card Stock to make one of the 'Tiny Tags'. With the other tag reading 'hello' in Early Espresso ink on Crumb Cake to match the card base.
